Return and Exchange Policy:
At HT AUX RABAIS, we want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return, make a return or exchange. Items received after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2. Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as [clearance items, gift cards, underwear/intimates, or personalized products], perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
3. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively: We offer direct exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to stock availability.
4. How to Start a Return: For return and exchange customers have to go to the menu and click on return and exchange and then use the order number and the email or phone number or you can contact us at hensygoldy@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 102 redwing CT Kissimmee Fl 34759, afterward you must give the reason for the return. Once approved, we will send you a [Return Shipping Label / Instructions on where to send the package]. Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
5. Refunds If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within [5–15] business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the credit to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hensygoldy@gmail.com.
6. Shipping Costs Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged), we will cover all shipping costs. Standard Returns: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for [the cost of return shipping / a flat restocking fee]
